Team Affinity of O-Yes Properties has shown its support for the Randburg SPCA by taking part in a Market Day and raising funds for the charity. The team, based in Randburg, set up a stall to promote their business and sold Boerewors Rolls as well as organised a raffle. All proceeds from the stall went to the Randburg SPCA.

Many people are unaware that SPCA branches depend entirely on donations and fundraising to care for animals and pay salaries. Fortunately, Team Affinity’s efforts contributed to this cause. The team raised R800 from the raffle and donated cat food to the Randburg SPCA.

Charmaine van der Westhuizen of Team Affinity expressed her gratitude for being able to contribute to the worthy cause. She said that seeing the happiness on the faces of the staff and animals at the SPCA Randburg as they made their donation was a heart-warming experience. Aimee Baxter of the Randburg SPCA drew the winning ticket for the raffle, which was won by Priscilla Cillie. Priscilla, however, generously donated the prize to the SPCA, where it can be used to provide comfort and entertainment to the kitties waiting for their forever homes.

Team Affinity plans to continue its efforts and make a difference in the lives of these precious animals. They are already planning their next raffle and are excited to see how they can further support the incredible organisation in the future.
